Something is Coming — And I've Never Been More Ready

Image
I have been sitting with this idea for a long time. Longer than I want to admit, actually. You know that feeling when something keeps coming back to you, in the quiet moments, on a long walk, in the middle of an ordinary Tuesday, and you realize it isn't going away because it isn't supposed to? That's been this. Many of you have followed my journey through healing, writing, wellness, faith, and travel. Along the way, I've discovered something powerful: sometimes the greatest growth happens when we step away from our routines long enough to hear ourselves again. That's why I'm excited to share that I am creating a series of retreat experiences designed to help others reconnect with what matters most. And I'm not doing it alone. I'm bringing Jackie Dufresne of Rooted Strength Yoga on board as my retreat partner. Grooving on a Sunday Afternoon…

Back Roads of Southwest France

Much reflection on the back roads of Southwest France.

You never know what you might find.

One thing is for certain, the freedom.

Windows down. French music cranking. Nothing but wind through my hair and the sweet scent of early morning rain.

Heaven.

You Are Love

What is love but a blank canvas,
inventing what you lack?

An overwhelming delight
in the power of giving back.

A feeling of wholeness,
or what you can envision.

The beauty of a sunset,
or a moon that has risen.

The enchanted things
that one cannot see.

The wind whistling through
a cork oak tree.

Knowing your angels
are guiding you from afar.

The quiet joy
of embracing who you are.

Abandoning old ideas,
built through years of fear.

Reinventing your paradigm
until the “real” you appears.

Surrendering all you are
for what could possibly be.

The truth is in your essence,
once you find it, set it free.

Scenes Along the Way

A home with a sweet pet donkey
(loosely tethered with a rope, not tied, just enjoying the day)

Sunset in my backyard
talking on the phone with Lena (my sister) after a long drive

Bain Church, France

I’m off to Lisbon, Portugal, and Spain.

See you on the flip side.

Love & Light,
